Sarah is a specialist immigration lawyer who has practised immigration law in both Australia and New Zealand.
Sarah has a background in family and criminal law, and has a keen interest in managing immigration cases with complex family, health and/or character issues. She has experience across all visa types, as well as Section 61 requests and appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal.
Sarah is a member of The Law Association of New Zealand’s Immigration and Refugee Law Committee. The Committee keeps a watching brief on all issues regarding immigration and refugee law and regularly raises issues with MBIE, Immigration NZ, the Immigration Protection Tribunal and the Ministry of Justice.
Sarah’s goal is to make the immigration process as smooth as possible for her clients. She enjoys helping individuals and families on their journey to make New Zealand their home.
